I cant recommend anyone cuz I dont know the first thing about your sister.
Is she modern, yeshivaish, ashkanaz, sephardi...?

If she is interested in coming to BP (not heart of BP- close to the start of Flatbush) I can recommend someone phenomenal.

She is modern orthodox ashkenaz. SHe works near boro park so it might work for her if she can go after work.
