There was a delicious recipe in either ami or mishpacha before R"H for salmon fillets wrapped in flakey dough that is put together in such a way that it looks braided. I made it then, so I know how to assemble, I'm just missing the recipe. I think it had mushrooms on the bottom. Anyone?

I think it was probably in the ami cooking suplement. Anyone have it?
