Anyone have the cookbook and two minutes to type it up for me? I made them last year at someone else's house and I don't have the cookbook. (They're in the back of the cookbook, in the gebrokts section.)

you can use water instead of seltzer, and omit the pepper and garlic powder, if you don't use these items on Pesach.
