Looking for a recipe for a really nice dessert (not like cookies..) .
It can have cake meal...
I dont like having to separate eggs... so nothing like that.
if you have any ideas please help!
I was planning on making lava cakes, but its for shabbos lunch and I cant heat it up.

I'm planning to make 'cupcakes' out of thinly sliced grilled pineapple caramalised with sugar, and filled with either fruit compote or mango sorbet.
