I cook about 1hour and leave the pot to cool on its own (rather than de-pressurising the valve). One tip is to use the soup bag--chicken bones and veggies get very soft and hard to take out otherwise.

I cook it for about 45 minutes and then when it's depressurised I put in the vegetables for about 5 minutes.

My soup came out delicious! Cooked for 45 minutes and was melt in mouth!
