DD is at that curious stage and recently discovered her diaper. She likes to feel and see what's inside of it. Usually I have no problem with that... except when it's dirty!
Being that she obviously doesn't know when her diaper is dirty or clean, I try to dress her mostly in pants so that she doesn't have access to it.
Is this just a phase? How long 'til the dresses can come back?

Does it help if she wears undershirts that snap on the bottom? What about biker shorts? I think old navy and children's place have them for little girls.

None of those help- she gets in from the side.
Biker shorts, maybe.
