What about stirfry would it work to prefreeze he the raw cut vegies? Or meatball mixture ready just needs baking? What else can be prepared in advance and frozen?

burgers in pita with cut up veggies
stir fry - chicken or beef with boil in bag rice. you can use a frozen veggie mix to save time. or just prep the veggies while meat is cooking. (my kids don't like the veggies cooked so I leave some raw for them anyway )
salmon - you can cook from frozen with boiled new potatoes and peas or salad
sunny eggs and chips
wraps - cook chopped meat, serve with avocado, lettuce, tomatoes, rice.

you can freeze raw hamburgers (in plastic baggies so don't stick)
you can cut up chicken cutlets and freeze flat so quick defrost and stir fry with frozen veggies
you can freeze prepared raw chicken cutlets (quicker) or thighs and add sauce and bake (longer)
