We bought this for our new addition, and she outgrew it before she even got to use it (BH). Gap won't take it back because it's past the 45 day return policy.
Size 6 months. Dull rose color. New with tags.
I am selling it at a loss for $40. May consider best offer. I would like to purchase the next size up instead.

Gap will usually give you a store credit if its past the amount of days.

They have great customer service.
If it still has tags, I would definitely call them and ask if you can exchange.

Thanks guys. I already tried that. They said that since they once extended the 45 day return policy for me in the past (unbeknowst to me until after the fact - I sent back a shipment, I received a credit on my card, and then a letter came in the mail saying it was past 45 days, but they took back my return as a on etime courtesy and that they won't do it for me again.)
I spoke to customer service. The manager. Supervisor.
They said the only thing I can hope for is a store credit (I have to go in person) for the amount it's selling for in that store. They won't exchange it for me in the next size.

Update: BH we called some Brooklyn Gap stores, put the next size up snowsuit on hold, and went to exchange it today! Glad that still had one left in the size we needed!
