I'll have to call the doctor first thing in the morning. She has a uti before but she had other symptoms. Now she's also not eating and throwing up.

the throwing up etc may be not connected to the smelly diaper. please, please mention the smelly diapers to your doc. It could be uti or labial adhesion where the urine is getting stuck.
