We eat cholent very early shabbos morning (DH davens Vasikin) and I'm sick of our cholent. I make it very light cuz it's so early - rice, lentils, onion and some meat. Any ideas for something else I can make in the crockpot? Even something pareve would be great. We're not big meat eaters.

my friends mother makes split pea soup in a crockpot. she puts all the ingredients in the pot and turns it on right before shabbos. they have soup as a course for shabbos day. comes out yum!
