Today is the second day that my 9 mo DD is vomiting and having diarrhea. She doesn't like pedialyte and refuses to drink it. I know it's important to make sure she stays hydrated so I feed her a spoonful of it every little while. She keeps wanting me to nurse her so I do for a couple of minutes because I feel so bad that she is hungry. But then she throws up. I am not sure what to do. Do I need to give her only pedialyte and make sure she keeps it down before attempting to nurse her? Or just feed her when she is hungry and then deal with the vomiting?
Any advice would be appreciated! TIA!

Have you called your doctor?
Baby that young nursing through a stomach bug is generally the way to go. If she can hold out, wait an hour after throwing up to nurse and see if she can keep anything down then. If she cannot wait, nurse her on demand. Please don't let her get dehydrated!
