Any expert bakers out there know of one with a reliable hashgacha? All the ones I've found so far have hashgacha's I don't recognize.

Where do you live? I just bought it at the Peppermill in Boro Park. I bought a container that they had repackaged. I think it was under the CRC hechsher. They had the Wilton brand too, but was unfamiliar with that hechsher.
