Sautee 1 onion in a bit of coconut oil (or olive oil), add in powdered ginger and sautee a little more.
then add 12 carrots (med sized) and 1 Med sweet potato.
Cover with water and some chicken soup mix.
Cook till soft and blend, enjoy!
