I would like to try to avoid buying Pesach mayonaise. Is there such a recipe that is eggless? (I am too nervous about raw eggs to do it otherwise.)
Also, I don't have a food processor or immersion blender for Pesach. Is it possible to do this by beating by hand?
Thanks.

You can try this ( you don't need the mustard in the recipes).
Mayo Recipe #1
There also used to be a pasteurized egg out there in the stores...
Good luck!

No, the flax seeds are necessary to that recipe. They create the creamy texture in the mayo. You MIGHT be able to find KLP flax though? Maybe whole flax and grind in a coffee grinder.
I have another idea though. I think you can coddle eggs (google it) and then they will be safe and then you can use them in mayo.

You can make mayo with cooked eggs.
