I am looking for a chicken breast recipe that freezes well and won't get too dry on the hotplate.

Dont know if you get binah or mishpacha mags, but I saw a great sounding recipe in one of those,,
sorry, cant remember which and cant find it either.
perhaps somebody else knwos which recipe I am talking about?
