B'H my rav said I could use flax seeds on pesach, because I dont tolerate eggs well. I can replace 1 or 2 eggs in a recipe with ground flax seeds and water, but when there are more than 1 or two eggs, the recipe typically will flop, because flax seeds work as a binder but cant be the base of such a recipe...
We also don't eat gluten, so no matza or matza meal based cookies or cakes.
I'm looking for cookies and cakes that are either egg free or have minimal eggs, so that I can have a shot of replacing them with flax eggs.

I'm not looking for ideas for compote or fruit soup, etc... I know about those. I'm specifically looking for cake or cookie recipes.

I know about the 123 cookies which I plan on attempting to convert to egg free.

There's a thread called nut free and egg free on pesach, there are some ideas there.

Just finished reading through the whole thread. Theres a chocolate velvet cake recipe which a friend had given me and I cant wait to try and the other recipes were with matza meal.

No, and wouldn't even if I could. I dont do processed foods, year round or on pesach.

Elanaspantry.com has a good choc chip cookie recipe. For pesach I left out the vanilla and baking powder. So it was basically
2 1/2 cups almond flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 cup choc chips

(I think... This is just from memory, could be wrong)
