ground meat taken out Sunday afternoon, still partially frozen Monday, made into hamburgers Tuesday (with stuff like matza meal, egg, ketchup etc.) Hope to cook tomorrow (Wednesday) but not sure will make it tonight)
Pancake batter made Monday midday (from spice and spirit, milk, flour, egg, etc) seemed like a nice idea at the time, but somehow got backed up. If necessary will fry them up asap and freeze them, but if they can wait a while...
and for the heck of it frozen chicken (which I attempted to thaw yesterday (Monday) in warm water for about ten minutes and gave up so put in the fridge still frozen to work on for shabbas hopefully tonight (Tuesday), but maybe if that can wait....
thanks fridge gurus....it's been a very confusing week, and it's only Tuesday:(

Especially with the eggs mixed in, cooking the hamburgers sooner than later would make sense.
If there is baking powder in your pancakes they may not rise as well if it sits too long and the batter is likely to discolor any which way. Make sure you cook them thoroughly.
Chicken stays frozen a couple days in my fridge. As long as it is still partially frozen I wouldn't worry too much about it.

I've kept pancake batter in the fridge for 3 or 4 days. Usually make a large amount and then cook some each day for breakfast. Its been fine.

You can freeze the ground meat mixture and just defrost the day you want to fry them, for a quick easy supper.

If the meat was already frozen once, I think you're not supposed to re-freeze it. This would work if you made the patties before the first freeze.
