my dd needs to use an inhaler for a week 4 times a day (twice each time)
I've been given an AeroChamber to do it, but I havent been able to give her ONE dose yet.
She'll let me put the chamber on her without the medicine attached but once I attach the medicine she fights me. I did waste a puff of the inhaler just showing her how it blows into the air so she can see that its not loud or scary but she still wont let.
I tried putting on a video for her to watch and bribing.
what else can I try?

How old is she? My one year old wouldn't tolerate it at all. My three year old was bribed with his favorite chocolate, plus I allow him to push down with me so he has some control in the whole thing.
ETA some meds can be inhaled via nebulizer. Ask your ped if that's an option.

Did you try having her push down herself? Let her do it in the air first. You most likely have lots of extra puffs anyway. And a reallllly good bribe.

let her just try it, she has no interest in doing it again.
I even brought out my inhaler (I dont mind if I waste that one cause I was given it after having the flu and it actually made me sicker, so I dont see myself using it ever again)
