I have my steaks marinating and I am wondering if I could grill them on the George Foreman. Will it be tough? Is there a better way to cook it so that it becomes soft?

Don't grill, your best bet is braising or possibly sauteeing.

minute steaks take a lot longer than a few minutes to cook!!
grilling will result in a really tough piece of meat.
Cook it for a long time in liquid (about 2 hours) and it will be deliciously soft!
Enjoy!

Yes she is right. It will be tough if you grill them.
You can pot them with spices and a little water
Simmer on low flame till soft.
You can also do it in the oven with some
Ketchup brown suger soy sauce garlic .
It comes out really soft and good.

Or saute onions in an aluminum foil, add some spices and / or onion soup mix... ketchup...a bit of brown sugar, some flour to thicken it (about 1 or 2 T) and bit of water. Add the steak and bake covered on 400 for about three hours. Yum and the best part is you dont have to stand over it to watch it!
