No, its nowhere near walking distance to the shuls. There are a few hotels that are walking distance-even inside the eruv. No idea if any have suites, though the Lackawanna Radisson and the Hilton are likely to.

Don't know if this is still applicable, but there is a new bed and breakfast (not Jewish) right next to shuls on Madison Ave. They have a few beautiful rooms and tge upstairs is a suite for families.
If you tell him you're jewish and keep kosher so you don't need the breakfast he'll give you a discount.
