I'm looking to buy a new one, but it has to meet the following criteria:
lightweight (needs to be carried up and down the stairs)
cleans carpets and hardwood floors
has an attachment to clean stairs
bagless or with bags--doesn't matter
Please only respond if you've bought a vacuum recently--if it's not a new model, I probably won't be able to find it. And please provide and make and model.
I haven't settled on price yet, so even if your vacuum cleaner cost $500, I want to know what's so great about it!
