It's deep deep In Flatbush. It's like a Double Header . They sell hosiery, hair accessories, leggings, pencil skirts etc...
I was never there, but I follow their (photo) feed on |nstagram.

I think I saw leather leggings in that color at All in One. I would assume that most of the local children's stores have it as well.
As for the skirts I know Toetally You In Flatbush has a leather skirt like that.
If you can't get there, Call Double Header and see if they have it, I think that they have very similar things. | I got the pants at All in One, thank you!

Cookies, just wanted to update you... We bought the leather skirt at TOEtally You 2 nights ago.
(Then I bought a matching shade of leather leggings at Tiny Town yesterday, and today I returned the original leather leggings to All In One for a store credit.)
