The chicken patties I have on the menu tonight for dinner is out of the freezer and might be too dry. How can I make it more appetizing. A recipe for a dip or sauce to go with it? Any ideas out there? TIA

this makes a yummy dip/spread for chicken and hamburgers if you have a bottle of pareve french dressing on hand. we've had it at 2 or 3 BBQs since we discovered it this summer!

abaker this spread looks yummy. I'll keep it on hand to try it for a different day as it calls for refrigerating overnight.
Greenfire you're way too simple!

You can top it up with mushroom sauce (just sliced mushrooms sautéed and some white wine or chicken soup added) to add moisture. Another quick topping would be salsa or chopped fresh tomato and red/sweet onions. Or serve with mashed potato or stir-fry vegetable on the sides--these tend to be moist.
Also maybe pan-frying instead of broiling/baking in the oven would likely keep patties moist. Or dip the patties in a beaten egg/Italian dressing, coat with breadcrumbs and pan-fry for country-fried chicken burger.

Make a sandwhich with the patties, slather with a pink sauce (ketchup/mayo) and add thinly sliced pickles.
