Between brisket, first cut and second cut? Which is better?

first cut is less fatty & usually even in size from each edge of the roast ~ a bit more expensive
second cut has a tad more fat and tends to get thinner & thinner as it nears the edge ...
both equally tasty [and neither too fatty] if you know how to cook

yup [although I'm sure there are different recipes] you can cook them both the very same way
