Boil for an hour and a half. Remove from water and place in roasting pan. Cover with a cup of Coke. Mix together apricot jelly, brown sugar and dijon mustard. Pour over meat. Then bake for an hour or so at 350, covered for half the time then uncovered.

Boil in water for 1.5 - 2 hours. Drain, and place in ziplock bag in fridge overnight. Make sauce: 2 cups brown sugar, 2/3 cup ketchup, 3 Tblsp mustard, 1/4 cup vinegar. Pour a little sauce in the bottom of pan. Slice meat and place in pan. Pour rest of sauce over meat, making sure it's all covered. Cover pan and put in 350 degree oven for 30 min.

Even easier:
If it's already pickled, bring to boil, simmer covered for a few hours. Refrigerate beef and liquid separately. Slice thin. Freeze with some liquid if in advance, or refrigerate with some liquid till needed. Reheat and serve with mustard.

Boil Corn beef for a few hours with 3 frozen garlic cloves and an onion. Refrigerate corn beef. When cold, cut into thin slices. Bake with marinate- mostly duck sauce with some mustard and some brown sugar. Delicious!

Boil meat about 2 hours. Place in baking dish.
In the meantime, combine 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup water. Boil about 5 minutes, then add 1/2 cup dijon mustard. Cook another 3 minutes or so.
Glaze corned beef thinly with sauce and bake 30 minutes, reglazing and turning over every 10 minutes.

this^^ but use the water from what you boiled the corn beef in and if it's still hot just pour over the brown sugar /mustard combo without need to boil separately.
