I am learning with someone for their bat mitzvah. What do I teach them? From what book? Also, where can I get information to write a dvar torah on Rosh Chodesh as it relates to women?

As loaded as the questions are, there's not enough information there... what type of background do you have, what type of community do you live in...

I am religious, but the girl is conservadox - they aren't observant, but I can see their kids being frum. They go to frum camps and have lots of frum family - I think they are going to a frum high school.
