Whats the difference between doing electrolysis & laser? Which one do you recommend for moving back my hairline slightly and getting rid of those baby hairs that keep popping out of my snood/shaitel?

Laser works best on dark hair, does an entire area at a time.
Electrolysis is a needle that goes into the follicle and kills it, so a new root doesn't develop. 1 hair at a time.

I've done both. Electrolysis for blond hairs, worked ok. I've done laser which worked nicely on dark hairs, but some grew back, especially the blond hairs. Laser pain was more tolerable, since an entire area was done at once, whole session was short. Electrolysis was 1 hair at a time, more painful and took longer.

I've done both. Electrolysis is more permanent, but also more time consuming, painful, prone to infection, ingrown hairs, and can leave scars. If done right, you'll only need a single treatment per hair follicle.

Laser is less painful, goes faster, but you need more treatments to keep getting all the new baby hairs. You might never get every single one of them, but if you have dark hair and light skin you'll have the best possible outcome.

For things like a hairline, I would definitely recommend laser. Electrolysis is great for things like removing a few hairs from a mole, or eyebrow shaping.

Laser is more expensive but so much more effective.

I care more about results than price. I mean how much more money are you taking about? Several hundred $? Or several thousand.
