the returned form = confirmation you can work with child.
HOWEVER, to be a p3 you gotta do a bunch of steps. I'm still working on this myself! be cleared for PETS (fingerprinting), sign up for a couple of websites, etc... There is a "faqs" list somewhere
also district 20/21 seems to be way behind in their processing of p4 forms...

ok, can someone tell me exactly where to look on vendor portal to see if my student was uploaded? once I log in, I'm lost! thanks!

I need to email frank lenore to find out why I'm coming up as an invalid provider. I thought I had the right email address, but it just bounced back to me. Does anyone know what it is?

my dh is also having an issue with being ineligible in PETS. Is Frank Lenore the one to speak to? or anyone know someone who might be able to help?

As far as I can tell, you go on the right sidebar to RS/SETSS Invoice, then at the upper right "Create new invoice" and then "add students." AIUI, fiscal year 2014 starts in July 2013, though it's all very murky to me still. B"H all my students are finally on and once my last payment comes from last year's snail mail invoices (!!!!) I will take a deep breath and give this a shot.

I didn't get my high school students in there until I actually got through to michelle thompson...if you sent your paperwork in a month or go or less, you probably still need to wait
