I sit on a large yoga ball, with a ring that keeps it from rolling away from me. The one I have is made by Isokinetics, Inc. It has done wonders for my leg muscles, my core strength, and my posture. My shoulders hurt less, and my abs are more toned.
I don't exercise with it at all, this is just from the thousands of little micro adjustments that my muscles make every time I shift my weight or move to get something.
The first month I got it I lost 5 pounds without even trying!
