I went to eat out by a friend of dh's last week shabbos and we did not bring a gift. we went with 3 children (oldest 4). we were invited thursday night and I was not organized enough to get something to her before shabbos. this past shabbos, we were out of town so I didnt really think about it. I feel really bad about it. is it dumb to send something before next shabbos or is it ok anytime (as in, better late than never)? any ideas of what to send over?
