Someone here recommended putting kishke in the cholent loose that it gets mixed in not solid on top and it gives a delicious taste to cholent. If you use store bought kishke it's not so healthy but I'm sure if you make your own first and then break it up into the cholent it would also be delicious!! You would do the regular beans and barley and then about 1/2 a kishke mixed in it makes a delicous cholent no need for meat to give it a good flavor.
