I made beef stew for Friday night dinner. In my stew I used beef, carrots, tomatoes, onions, red wine, a beef bullion cube, along with various spices that simmered for several hours (it was yummy). I hate throwing out food and saved the leftover broth (about 1.5-2 cups) and froze it, figuring I could use it for something else.
Any ideas what recipes I can use the broth in, other than another beef stew? A base for some sort of soup? Would love to hear any ideas or suggestions!
Thanks!!

Next time you make rice, replace some of the water with some of your broth/gravy. Delicious.

Add as a sauce/gravy to stir-fried veggies (or chicken or beef or tofu), served with noodle or rice.
Or use as the base for noodle soup.
Add to gravy for meatballs/brisket.

I usually either cook meatballs in it as a substitute for tomato sauce-based meatballs or else I serve it over noodles.
