I have a bunch of bananas frozen together. Can I defrost, puree then refreeze?

I had to thaw out all the bananas I had frozen because they stuck together. they defrosted and there was a lot of water which needed to be dumped out. but they worked as they usually do in my cookie recipe.
what are you planning to use the pureed bananas for?

Banana cake with oatmeal, yum!
I have a delicious version with half regular flour, half oatmeal and sweetened with silan. It is amazing, and tastes like banana caramelised with the slight nutty texture of oatmeal. I have only have a very rough recipe though, as I make the proportions up each time, but it vanishes within minutes.
