or buy boil in the bag rice.
Has this not come to the USA or Israel yet? Its pretty foolproof - throw into water, place on ring, and it will cook well, even if you forget about it.
I usually use the boxed rice because it is cheaper but I always have some boil in the bag for hectic evenings.

Lower fat items usually have more sodium and/or seasonings to compensate for less fat
