Does anyone know who is good at cutting hair in Boro Park? I am looking for someone in13th ave or area, or lower - 18th is too far.
My dd is 2.5, her hair is still pretty thin and does not yet have a "part," and the last person did a bad job cutting. So I want someone experienced with babies, who charges about $10-15.
