Marinated lemon herb chicken
from a magazine
1/3 cup lemon juice (1 or 2 lemons)
2 T mustard, Dijon preferably
2 T olive oil
3 minced cloves garlic
1 T chopped fresh herbs, I used parsley
pinch salt
pepper to taste
family pack of chicken cutlets or other chicken
You mix everything together in a zippy bag and let marinate at least half an hour. Cook on stove with non stick spray, about 5 minutes per side.

Thanks for the recipe. I just put the marinated chicken in the freezer.
