I bought skirt steak a long time ago, thinking I was going to use it, but instead, froze the marinating (in BBQ sauce) skirt steak. I would like to use it for shabbos. It's been defrosting in my fridge all day. What can I do with it that would make it able to be eaten on shabbos day?

Thank you!!!

Grill it and then serve it room temperature. Sometimes skirt steak is very salty next time but it with no marinade and soak it in water changing the water a few times and then marinate.

Thank you, what if I don't have a grill - either pan over oven. Would a crock pot kill it?

No crock pot- you can sear it on the stove.

You can make mini sandwiches or wraps if you want to serve for lunch.

sear it in a pan, about 5-7 minutes, then flip and continue another 3-5 min.
serve it at room temperature over a tossed salad. yum!
