Do you think it's okay for me to bake wild rice for the Purim seuda on Thursday and refrigerate it till Sunday?

While I'm on the subject of wild rice, I seem to recall seeing a recipe here that called for partially cooking the rice and then baking it. I can't find the recipe; can anyone point me to it?
