This recipe was in the Mishpacha recently and it is really delicious
It is also easy to make
2 small rich's whip
4 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
3 pkg vanilla sugar
1 Tbsp coffee dissolved in 1 Tbsp water
2 Tbsp peanut butter
Beat the rich's whip, add the eggs, and sugar and beat well. Then add PB and coffee. Freeze and serve!
Makes a 9x13 pan
optional: to make it more like a cake kind of dessert- layer it with tea biscuits (dipped in coffee)

I made this for dessert tonight. One of our guests asked for a small piece, which he didn't get, but then he asked for doubles . It was a hit! Thanks!!
