Am I the only teacher who would love this? I love learning things from more experienced teachers even after having had my own classroom for several years. Just because something I do works doesn't mean there isn't a better and more efficient way to do things. Or even a more fun way for the kids, after all if I'm not continuing to learn what does that say about me?

I would also love that. The school I currently teach in has no clue about what I teach or do. I wish there was someone to critique me so I can improve.
