Repost from last year...
This one's crazy fattening, but DH begs me to make it every year. It's hard to tell it's pesachdik.
1 1/2 cup cake meal
1/4 cup matza meal
2 eggs
1 3/4 cup brown sugar
2 tblsp vanilla sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup unsalted margarine
2 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350. Grease two baking sheets or line with waxed paper. Mix the margarine with brown sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and eggs. Blend in cake and matzah meals. Stir in chocolate chips. Scoop large tablespoons of dough onto baking sheets. Flatten with spoon. Bake until slightly golden, 13-15 minutes. Makes approximately 4 dozen cookies.

Pesach Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 cup marg
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 and 3/4 cup cake meal
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 c pot starch
2 cups choc chips
make as you would bake 10-12 mins at 375 makes about 3 dz.
