In need of Ice Cream recipes!

I need some Ice Cream recipes.

-no whip
-no frozen fruits

Mine always tastes of eggs and also the bottom of the container is full off egg yolks even when I mix it well with the snow.

Any recipes and tips would be welcome.

You need to make sure you get stiff peaks on your egg whites before you fold in the yolks.
You then need to fold the yolks in very gently.
And parve egg based ice cream is best served within one week of making.

Vanilla Ice Cream
• 8 eggs, separated
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup oil
• 1-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 Tbsp lemon juice

Beat egg whites, gradually adding sugar, until stiff.
Beat egg yolks with oil, vanilla and lemon juice. Fold yolk mixture into stiff egg whites.
Spoon ice cream into a half gallon ice cream sized container.
Freeze.

Chocolate Ice Cream
• 9 eggs, separated
• 1 cup sugar
• 3/4 cup oil
• 3 Tbsp cocoa
• 1 tsp vanilla extract

Beat egg whites, gradually adding 1/2 cup sugar, until stiff.
Beat the yolks with oil, cocoa, vanilla and remaining 1/2 cup sugar. Fold yolk mixture into stiff egg whites.
Spoon ice cream into a half gallon ice cream sized container.
Freeze.
