I desperately want to make this recipe today, but I've not gotten my approval e-mail for Culinary Kosher yet (I only filled out the registration late last night.) Can anyone give me the full recipe?

Here you go:
Bubby's "Pesach" Chicken
Ingredients:
2 onions, cut into thin slices
1 pkg chicken quarters
sweet and sour duck sauce
apricot jelly
garlic powder
paprika
salt and pepper
Preparation:
Slice onions and place on bottom of pan. Place chicken on top. (Chicken can have skin on or off). Spread desired amount of apricot jelly on each piece of chicken. Pour duck sauce over chicken. Sprinkle with pepper, salt , paprika and garlic powder.
There are 2 options after this; bake in oven or over stove top.
Stove Top: put a little water in chicken. Cover and cook over medium flame for 1 hour and a half
Oven: Leave uncovered and bake in oven for 1.5- 2 hours
Helpful Hints: Baste chicken in middle of baking.
Add more duck sauce and spices if drying out.
