Special Ed in CT?

We're moving to the sate of CT from NY. My 5 year old son's been diagnosed with ADHD. We are sending him to a Jewish private school - what can I get from the Board of Ed in CT? He has an IEP currently where he is getting a host of services however I've heard that most states outside of NY do not provide much for students in private schools. Can anyone direct me to any resources please?

My sis lives in CT and the answer is not much. They are much less generous with services than NY is. I hope you can do more research and others answer you in more detail.
