Can I leave the peels on? How many baby potatoes per potato - my recipe calls for 15 med. size?
Thanks!

Why would you? Baby potatoes are usually much more expensive than regular ones, and the whole point of them is their smallness. Save them for another use and use regular potatoes for kugel

Someone gave me a huge bag of them and need to use them up as they are starting to get soft. My kids don't like them so much so figured... when life gives you lemons, make lemonade:)

I would double the amount of potatoes and then add a few. Leave the peels on, it would be way too much trouble to try to peel them!

just wanted to report I made the kugel a few times and it came out delicious. Didn't need to peel them, just dumped em all in the blender!

It's probably too late by now, but you'll probably need to add a bit more matza meal or squeeze extra liquid out, as baby/new potatoes have higher water contents than regular potatoes.
