I make a coconut pie with it. Sprinkle shredded coconut in the bottom of a pie crust. I like a lot of coconut, you may want to do a thin layer. The recipe calls for 1/2 cup. I probably do a 1 and 1/4 cup.
Mix together
2 tbs melted magarine
1/4 tsp salt
3 eggs slightly beaten
1 cup corn syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp almond extract (optional)
Pour mixture over coconut. Bake at 375 for 40 to 50 mins until set. You may need to put foil over at the end so the top doesn't get too brown.

The first KBD had a recipe for Babe Ruth bars that is identical to my peanut butter rice crispies treats, except using corn flakes.
1 c. sugar
1 c. corn syrup
1 c. peanut butter
6 c. corn flakes
In large pot, mix together sugar and corn syrup over medium heat until boiling.
Turn off heat and stir in peanut butter.
Add corn flakes (or rice crispies) and stir to coat.
Press into greased/parchment lined 9x13 pan.
Let cool before cutting.
Optional: drizzle/frost top with melted chocolate.
__
KBD Chocolate Pecan Pie
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 c. chocolate morsels
1 9-inch deep dish pie crust, still frozen
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. pecan halves
Preheat oven to 350
Melt margarine in a medium pot over medium heat. Add half the chocolate pieces. Stir until smooth and melted. Remove from heat.
Brush bottom of pie crust with a little of the beaten eggs.
Add the brown sugar, corn syrup, vanilla and remaining eggs to the melted chocolate mixture. Stir until very well combined and eggs are no longer visible.
Stir in pecans and remaining chocolate pieces.
Pour into pie crust and bake 55 minutes/until knife comes out clean.

O' Henry bars
1/2 c. margarine (1 stick)
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. corn syrup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. rolled oats
1 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. chocolate chips
Cream first 5 ingredients together then add oatmeal.
Press into well-greased (or parchment lined) 9x13 pan.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
meanwhile, mix the peanut butter and chocolate chips together in a bowl.
immediately upon removing crust from oven, drop dollops of pb/chocolate mixture on top and spread around as it melts so that crust is evenly covered.
let cool COMPLETELY before cutting, otherwise you'll get a messy, sticky mess.

Super amazing and I think its actually a WW recipe!
Double Chocolate Chews
Ingredients.
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
2/3 cup sifted powdered sugar
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
2 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup semisweet chocolate mini-morsels, divided
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 1/2 tablespoons light-colored corn syrup
1 tablespoon water
2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 egg whites
Vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl; stir well, and set aside.
3. Combine 3/4 cup chocolate morsels and oil in a small saucepan; cook over low heat until chocolate melts, stirring constantly. Pour the melted chocolate mixture into a large bowl, and let cool 5 minutes. Add brown sugar, corn syrup, water, vanilla extract, and egg whites to chocolate mixture; stir well. Stir in flour mixture and remaining chocolate morsels.
4. Drop dough by level tablespoons 2 inches apart onto baking sheets coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350° for 8 minutes. Let cool 2 minutes or until firm. Remove cookies from pans; let cool on wire racks.

Didn't O Henry bars have actual peanuts in them as well? This recipe has only peanut butter on the top. Has anyone tried this?
