I am looking for chicken breast recipes that are not breaded and freeze well for Yom Tov. We are having chicken piccata one night so I would like something different for the other.

Thanks!

Do you like curry? One of my family's favorites is curried chicken.

OOTBubby once posted a recipe for bourbon chicken that she said freezes well.

I just stocked up my freezer with 3 different chicken recipe.

I'd love the chicken in mushroom sauce recipe, if it's not too much trouble!

Thanks a lot! Just wondering-- that linked to a thread that had two different recipes. Which one do you make, the first one?

I have a issue, I can't follow recipes... I end up doing a mixture of both.

No olives.

I often make chicken breasts sliced and marinated in some kind of sauce, then stir fried with vegetables

It also freezes well.
Let me know if you want an exact recipe though I usually mix and match different ingredients to change the flavour of the sauce so as not to be bored.
Possible sauce ingredients include
Soy sauce
Olive Oil
Wine or balsamic vinegar
Brown sugar honey or maple syrup
Ground ginger
Grated fresh garlic
Salt
Prepared chicken seasoning
Corn starch if you want the sauce thicker

You can use any or all.
Marinate In a zip top bag. The longer the better.
And sauté until cooked. Add vegetables or not.
Toss with spaghetti or rice.
