I see lots of people actually make a whole meal out of dairy stuff, but my family still sticks to the buffet style Kiddush and we do a regular meat meal after.
For those who do only a Kiddush, what do you serve? I only have a small toaster oven to bake dairy stuff in.

Cheesecake, blintz casserole, sometimes a yogurt parfait with granola or some sort of crumbled cookie and fruit. Whatever milchig thing my dd found in a magazine and just had to make.
Glad I'm not the only one who does this.

Many cheese cakes do not need an oven at all. Blintzes do not need an oven and freeze well so you can make them a head of time but the last frying is nice on the spot. . quiche is possible. Buy cheese barakas or cheese spinach ones... if you want as well.

I've made these in my milchig turbo toaster:
Cheesecake
Chocolate cheese muffins
Cheesecake bars
Ice coffee is great. You can also do a salad with strawberries and a yoghurt dressing. Keep in mind the Kiddush will be very filling, so no need to follow up with a four-course fleishig meal!

Thanks so much everyone for the replies.
Tigerwife: Do you mind sharing your recipes for the things you listed? I am interested in all 3 especially the cheesecake bars.
