For various reasons I will be buying all takeout for shavuos and will be having guests that I want to be happy and well fed. I am a VERY picky eater, so it's tough for me to pick dishes since I won't eat most of it. Looking for ideas on what the menu should be. Thanks.

I totally don't mind buying foods that I don't like. What I do like is chicken soup, chicken (basically any type). Looking for ideas of other foods so it's not just chicken cucumber salad and kugel.

Doesn't it depend on where you are ordering from?

could be it would somewhat depend on where I am ordering from. I can walk into a few stores to get the full menu together. if I would make a menu it would go something like this, but I want to spice it up with foods that I would never think of buying.
gefilte fish
chicken soup
chicken
kugel
cucumber salad
cole slaw

My first suggestion to you would be to shop around and find out which takeouts have the very best food. I am very picky with takeout food, I can eat but only if its done really good. Some takeouts make great fish while the chicken is not so good. So Its really worth finding out from people in your neighborhood where to shop what.
There is really so much food to choose from. Fish, soups, chicken, steaks, salads, knishes, wraps, kugels, compote etc. Perhaps ask the store you will be buying from if they have a menu choice or Shvuas package.
Last time we went away for shabbos my local takeout had a shabos package for $75.00 a couple. They gave me everything except for the Challah.

I find that most takeouts have good:
cabbage and noodles
orzo
stuffed cabbage
sliced roast beef
grilled vegetables
broccoli salad
