Just use a bigger baking pan and bake a little longer. Hopefully the recipe says "bake till golden" or "bake till a knife stuck 1 inch from the edge comes out clean" or some clue besides "bake for 25 minutes". The baking time may not even be that much longer. I made a regular cake and several minis at the same time and took them out at the same time.
